Usually, the curing of Aromatic amine hardeners requires heating in two steps. The first reaction temperature is very low, about 80 degrees, to reduce the generation of excessive heat, and the second reaction is carried out at a high temperature of 150-170 degrees to fully cure. .
Aromatic amine hardeners system has very good temperature resistance, HDT can reach 150-160 degrees Celsius, and its mechanical properties are also very good. In addition, the electrical properties of aromatic amine after curing are also very good, and the chemical resistance is very good, especially the alkali resistance. Therefore, it is also a curing agent with good solvent resistance.
