1. Application in epoxy resin

Epoxy Accelerator DMP-30 can be used as epoxy resin curing agent alone, the dosage of bisphenol A epoxy resin with epoxy equivalent of 185~195 is 10%, and the dosage of this catalyst as accelerator is 0.1%~3%;

When used in epoxy resin-liquid polysulfide system, the dosage of curing at room temperature is 10%~15%, and the dosage of heating curing is 6%. Epoxy Accelerator DMP-30 can endow the system with unique properties of bonding/pouring and sealing materials.

2. Application in Polyurethane

Epoxy Accelerator DMP-30 is an isocyanate trimerization catalyst, and its catalytic selectivity for polyisocyanurate (PIR) reaction is higher than that of PUR, so this catalyst is mostly used in the formulation of isocyanate reaction.

Epoxy Accelerator DMP-30 is a catalyst with weak activity. It is used in a large amount in the formula, and the reaction is moderate, the rise is stable, and the flowability is good.
