HMDA (PACM) is a colorless to slightly yellow cycloaliphatic diamine with an amine odor, soluble in other solvents. Its molecular formula is C13H26N2, molecular weight is 210.3, and the A.H.E.W is 52.5.

Application
It is mainly used for the preparation of environmentally friendly and transparent aliphatic isocyanates, polyurethanes, polyamide resins, epoxy resin curing agents, and can also be applied in fields such as textiles, papermaking, artificial leather, dyes, and pharmaceutical intermediates.
Storage & Packaging
HMDA should be stored in cool and well-ventilated warehouse which is far away from heat and fire. Keep container tightly closed and avoid direct sunshine. Avoid mixing with oxidant, isocyanate (ester), peroxidase acid. Do not store in active metal container or be frozen. Emergency treatment equipment should be present in the workplace.
