The polyamide amines appreciated to be used in epoxy flooring are multifunctional. Their reaction with epoxy resin forms a product, which is a concrete and metal bond, important for structural durability. These amines also improve an epoxy’s pliability, thus lowering the fracture risk from applied force. The parts of water and other weak solvents in polyamide amine structures show low stability. This stability makes the flooring ideal for spill or wet prone places including, kitchens, bathrooms, and food processing areas. Furthermore, they have a relatively long pot life which increase convenience during application.
